CIRCLE OF SECURITY: PARENTING
A compassionate program to support parents in building strong & trusting relationships with their young children.
Circle of Security: Parenting is a group workshop for parents of young children (7 or under).
In this program, parents reflect upon their child’s emotional needs and how to sensitively respond. The goal is to foster a secure attachment, which contributes to lifelong well-being. The group consists of educational videos, reflective questions, and group discussions.

COSP can help prevent or manage behavior challenges, improve children's relationships, and reduce emotional outbursts. The group will also provide time for parents to connect with one another and share their experiences applying the material at home.
