A holistic yoga group perfect for beginners and all levels

Discover a holistic path to healing and self-care with Yoga for Whole Being Wellness, a group designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. This guided experience combines gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices to promote deep relaxation, emotional balance, and physical well-being.
Whether you're seeking stress relief, inner peace, or a greater connection to yourself, this group offers a supportive space to move, reflect, and grow. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

INFORMATION:

  • Thursdays from 11am-12:30pm

  • We accept referrals at any timeif group is currently closed, referrals may join an interest list

  • Funding: Medicaid, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna are accepted (subject to co-pay/co-insurance)

  • Private pay is $50/session

  • Location: 375 Horsetooth Suite 6-201

  • Facilitated by Kinsey Davenport
